Christoph Kern's career has been shaped by innovation, change and speed for over 25 years. As a former competitive athlete, it is part of his nature to want to be fast. It all began during my studies with the implementation of an alternative vehicle concept - motor-assisted bicycles in 1994. From the idea to the finished vehicle in 5 months. A topic that is on everyone's lips today. The first 15 years took him to the automotive industry. Together with his team of colleagues and suppliers, he was responsible for the introduction of new types of sensors and new types of actuators in smart and Mercedes vehicles. Innovations such as the drive dynamic seat or the first real massage function in an passengercarseat found their way into series production. Most recently, his path led him to the bicycle and motorcycle industry. Here he was able to attend various world premieres. The successful implementation of the MAGURA MT7 by an international project team is certainly worth mentioning here.
In addition, as Managing Director Technology and Production of the MAGURA Group with several hundred colleagues worldwide, he was responsible for ensuring that the delivery capacity kept pace despite increasing demand.
