The career of Christoph Kern has been characterized by innovation, change, and speed for over 25 years. As a former competitive athlete, his nature has always been to strive for speed. This began during his studies with the implementation of an alternative vehicle concept—a motor-assisted bicycle in 1994. From idea to finished vehicle in just five months. A topic that is highly relevant today. The first 15 years of his career took him into the automotive industry. Together with his team of colleagues and suppliers, he was responsible for introducing innovative sensor and actuator technologies in smart and Mercedes vehicles. Innovations such as the dynamic driving seat and the first genuine massage function found their way into production. Recently, his path led him to the bicycle and motorcycle industry, where he was involved in several world premieres. Notably, the successful implementation of the MAGURA MT7 by an international project team stands out. Additionally, as the Technical and Production Manager of the MAGURA Group, he was responsible for ensuring that delivery capabilities kept pace with increasing demand, supported by several hundred colleagues worldwide. His focus is on making innovations happen and making them available to customers. In his pursuit, he believes "there's no such thing as can't be done."
